Fees
Our goal is to provide your treatment at a reasonable cost.
All of our fees are openly discussed and explained in detail in advance of any treatment. You will know all costs that you are responsible for BEFORE treatment begins.
We do not accept assignment. This simply means that your insurance cheque will be sent directly to you, not to our office. Since our services are given to you, not the insurance company, you are directly responsible for the payment of fees at the time of your visit.
- We accept Master Card, Visa, Debit Card and Cash.
- We do not accept direct payment from the insurance company.
At the time of your consultation appointment, we will provide you with a written estimate for any treatment that is recommended. This estimate can be forwarded electronically to your insurance company, so you can get a written response from your insurance company indicating your coverage.
Dental insurance plans
As many of our patients have some form of dental insurance, we will be glad to electronically submit your claim, if possible. If electronic submission is not possible, we will be happy to complete the treatment portion of the insurance form.
Financing your treatment: Payment options
Our goal is to provide excellent periodontal treatment and dental implant care in a warm and caring environment. We understand financial pressures and our treatment recommendations tend to be conservative whenever possible. We work hard with patients to make treatment as affordable as possible. This includes keeping our fees reasonable and providing a payment plan.
Please feel free to contact the office for further information regarding our payment plan.
If any questions or problems arise regarding your account please call us. Many times a simple telephone call will avert misunderstandings.
